The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and updated. The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in! I loved this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat! I’ve done a lot of traveling lately and many of the hotels seemed well used and “tired”. Not so for this property, it seemed new (maybe it is??). I did not use any of the facilities so I can’t attest to that. Despite a full parking lot, I never heard others, it was very quiet. Loved this property, I recommend everyone to stay!

Everything was wonderful! The staff was very friendly & attentive, the breakfast was awesome with each day having something different! It was very clean, & the beds were so comfortable! They made everything so convenient like for housekeeping if you needed anything you just hang this list on your door & mark what you need & how much/many for example how many rolls of toilet paper, towels, Kleenex etc! We will most definitely be staying there again! & How convenient to have a restaurant in the parking lot ☺️

I requested a room on the top floor away from the elevator, which they honored & had available upon checkin. We were in town visiting NMU and appreciated that the hotel was within 10 min from the school. I can not comment on the pool as we didn't use it at all, however, I enjoyed being able to relax in the hot tub after a long day. I also liked the variety of pillows in our room. Some were soft & fluffy and some were more firm.

The staff was very friendly, as were all of the residents of Marquette. The room was very clean and I liked that it was up to me as to whether I had housekeeping. I also liked that there was a restaurant across the parking lot. I was tired after driving 7 hours the day that I arrived and I appreciated only having to go next door to get something to eat. I definitely would recommend this hotel location to family and friends.

Breakfast was good. The lady who was working was very friendly, kept everything filled and clean. The coffee was a very good flavor, which isn’t always the case. Pretty good variety of food. The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating when asked for anything. They made sure our whole families rooms were close to each other upon check in. That was very much appreciated. Our rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable.
